Badger Property Management sends text messages only to customers who agree to receive them: appointment and service updates about the service you booked and, after a completed job, a request to review your experience. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
How you opt in: verbally when you book or receive service (in person or by phone), after our staff read you our texting disclosure, or by ticking the unchecked texting consent box on our contact form. The box reads: "By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Badger Property Management at the number provided about my inquiry and service, including appointment updates and review requests. Message frequency varies (typically 1-3 messages per job). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
